Cape Scenic Tour
Camps Bay , Clifton and Llandudno
Chapman’s Peak, Cape Point
Boulders Beach, home of the African Penguin
This exciting day tour will begin with the iconic Table Mountain. We will take the cable car up to the top of Table Mountain, where guests will be able to admire the beautiful panoramic views of Cape Town. Grab a morning coffee when you arrive and keep your eyes open for Dassies (small mammals about the size of a Guinea Pig). They are often spotted basking in the sun at the top of Table Mountain
Guests will then be led on a scenic drive to the magnificent Cape Point along Chapman’s Peak, where we will pass Camps Bay, Clifton and the beautiful beaches of Llandudno. We will stop at a few lookout points along the way for photo opportunities. Once we arrive at Cape Point, guests will hop into the Flying Dutchman funicular and take a ride up to the lighthouse at the top of the hill. Here, guests can admire the magnificent views from the lighthouse and slowly work their way back down to the restaurant.
For lunch, guests may choose between a delicious seafood lunch at the Two Oceans Restaurant, or grab a takeaway meal and find a spot to sit and enjoy their meal (but watch out for the Baboons!) We will then drive to a few spots for photo opportunities, where we might be lucky enough to spot the Chacma Baboon, Ostrich, Dassie and various buck. On our way home, we will stop off at Boulder’s Beach, the home of the African Penguin. Here, guests can take a scenic walk along the wooden walkways, to view these beautiful endangered birds.
